The following describes my core values and way of doing business.  I won't do business any other way.   First and foremost, I keep my promises.  The promises I make to my clients won't disappear after I "get the listing" or after I agree to help them find a new home.  I say what I mean; and mean what I say.  

My highest priority is always my clients' best interests.  I will never compromise this commitment.  The satisfaction of my clients is more important to me than "making a buck."  I fiercely protect the best interests of my clients and strive to exceed their expectations.  I consider myself "on call" to my clients (within reason of course) until I sell their home or find their new one.

UNIQUE EXPERTISE:  Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as an Attorney (for over two decades).  I'm a successful negotiator and have extensive experience in reviewing contracts and other lengthy documentation.  I'm a preferred real estate agent with the Serrano Homeowners Association.  I've been a resident of El Dorado Hills (Serrano) since the summer of 2000. 

I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them with one of their biggest (and most personal) investments of their life.  My focus is on establishing trust and an uncompromising commitment to my clients' satisfaction.
